Key responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Drive membership sales and revenue growth.
Ensure outstanding customer service and member retention.
Manage daily club operations.
Recruit, coach and performance-manage staff.
Achieve KPIs across sales, service and profitability.
Foster a positive, energetic club culture.
Ensure the club maintains high operational standards.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Club Manager or General Manager in fitness or a similar customer-focused business.
Robust leadership and people management skills.
Sales and business development experience.
Ability to analyse KPIs and improve business performance.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Passion for fitness and creating a outstanding member experience.
Enthusiasm and tenacity to lead from the front and foster solid club culture
