You will support warehouse cut-off times, order processing, consignment tracking, and customer care activities across ERP/CRM systems, liaising with customers, vendors, and sales teams.
You will handle order administration, returns/credits, and KPI-driven tasks while contributing to continuous improvement within the Customer Care function; training on ERP/CRM systems will be provided.
