WhatYou'llBe Doing
You'll be working closely with clients of all backgrounds, supporting them with culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and reach their goals. You'll:
Utiliseyourspecialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations
Evaluatethe treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
Helpmobidentifyfuture employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualificationsand interests
Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinicalexpertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
Responsible forcase management to plan, coordinate and monitoryour client's progress toward their return-to-workgoal
