You're a great communicator - you build trust/rapport quickly & easily but you also have great follow-up and follow-through so people always feel looked after.
You're organised, responsive and reliable. When you commit to something, people know it'll get done.
You enjoy what you do - you find it rewarding & fun, but you also love earning commissions. You have goals in life you want to achieve and aren't afraid to work hard for them.

This role is for Motorest. They're a fast growing business with some tenacious goals. They've built strong relationships across the industry, have more than 1,600 active dealers on their panel, and continue to see increasing demand from customers and referral partners.
All the leads are warm & inbound - so your role is quite simple.



All you need to do is to guide your clients through the process with trust, care & solutions to deliver a great outcome. Motorest is all about creating positive, easy, and relationship-driven experiences for their clients.
The team itself is young, ambitious and growing. They're currently a team of seven and expect to continue expanding over the coming years.
That growth creates genuine opportunities for experienced consultants who want to take on more responsibility, mentor others and potentially step into leadership positions as the business scales.
The role comes with a base salary & commissions (with double commissions paid for any leads you bring in yourself).
