What we are looking for
The Post Production Support Specialist (PPSS) supports customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation.
Their contributions include defining new client requirements, configuring and tuning the application to the client's business and technical needs, training users, testing workflows and resolving issues.
The Specialist will liaise with Charles River Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues and determine the optimal configuration.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years of hands‐on experience in the financial industry, working for a consultancy or software vendor, and experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems.

CRD creates enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds.
What you will be responsible for
Apply strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes and navigate the CRD/Alpha ecosystem, establishing relationships with internal supporting teams.
Analyze and evaluate requirements issues, providing product expertise and guidance throughout the post go‐live journey.
Educate customers on the methodologies and functionality of CRIMS and advise on best practices for the implementation and operation of Charles River solutions and services.
Identify potential enhancements, document and communicate product improvements based on customer requirements or market trends.
Maintain a client issues list and status reporting.
Train users on existing workflows.
Gather requirements for new asset classes, security types, or business lines:
Document requirements.
Work with Qualified Services to assign dedicated resources for deliverables.
Contribute to software quality by communicating defects to Client Support and Product Management, supporting the defect resolution process, and suggesting documentation improvements.
What we value
Strong industry knowledge across multiple asset classes and ability to navigate the CRD/Alpha ecosystem.
5-10 years' experience implementing or supporting mission‐critical financial solutions in banks, hedge funds, asset managers, or wealth management firms.
Hands‐on experience with investment management software, preferably order management and compliance systems.
Substantive knowledge of fixed income, equity instruments, derivatives, and FX.
Technical savvy: understanding of multi‐tier architectures, relational databases, SQL, FIX, and reporting tools.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
Customer‐driven teamwork, strong time‐management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Four‐year degree in Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Advanced degree or certification such as CFA is a plus.
At least 5 to 10 years of hands‐on experience in the field.
Travel as required by the Customer.
