We're a growing Perth-based manufacturer building high-quality, heavy-duty boat trailers for serious boat owners across Australia.
We're looking for a skilled
Welder/Fabricator
to join our workshop team.
If you take pride in clean, strong welds and building products that last in the harsh Australian marine environment, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
MIG and TIG welding of steel and aluminium components
Fabricating trailer frames, chassis, and custom assemblies
Reading and working from engineering drawings and templates
Maintaining high-quality standards on all builds
General workshop duties and equipment maintenance
Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Trade-qualified Welder/Fabricator (Certificate III or higher preferred)
Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in structural or precision fabrication
Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience highly regarded)
Experience in trailers, marine, 4x4, truck bodies, or heavy fabrication is a big advantage
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Current Australian driver's licence
