Clinician Level 2 - headspace Early PsychosisPosted Monday 13 July **** at 2:00 pm | Expires Sunday 2 August **** at 1:59 pmLocation: Western Sydney (Mount Druitt, Penrith & Parramatta), with community outreach; preferred site can be discussedType: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday–Sunday shift rosterSalary: HPA Level 2 $***** - $***** per hour (commensurate with experience) + Salary Packaging (reduce your taxable income)Shift Loadings: 15% evening, 50% weekend | On-call (3–4/year) with additional payAdvert Closing : 11:55pm, Sunday 2 nd August ****Uniting is looking for an experienced Clinician to join the Mobile Assessment & Treatment Team (MATT) within the headspace Early Psychosis program.
This role supports young people aged ***** who are at risk of or experiencing a first episode of psychosis.You'll provide assertive, community-based mental health care, working with a multidisciplinary team across various settings including homes, schools, and community hubs.Your Day-to-Day:Deliver flexible, responsive mental health support in the communityConduct biopsychosocial assessments and short-term interventionsIdentify early signs of psychosis and provide proactive careCollaborate closely with doctors, social workers, psychologists and nursesRotate across Mount Druitt, Penrith, Parramatta, and surrounding areasParticipate in a shift-work roster with evening/weekend loadingsWhat You'll Need:Degree-qualified in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work,



or Occupational TherapyEligible for registration with AHPRA or the relevant skilled bodyExperience in community or acute mental health careSkilled in biopsychosocial assessments and brief psychosocial interventionsUnderstanding of early psychosis frameworks and youth developmentFamiliarity with the EPPIC model and recovery-oriented principlesA current Australian Driver's LicenceWhy Join Uniting?
