SustainRecruit is looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years' experience in Digital, Design or Product recruitment to take ownership of our established Design & Product desk.

What you'll be doing
You'll recruit across the full Design & Product lifecycle, partnering with organisations to hire Product Management, Product Design, UX/UI, Service Design, User Research and Design Leadership, including Product Managers, Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Service Designers, User Researchers, Design Leads and Heads of Product.




Running a full 360 recruitment desk from business development through to placement.
Building long‐term partnerships with clients across the Design & Product landscape.
Growing your own network, pipeline and client relationships.
Managing negotiations, offers and the full recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborating with a high‐performing, supportive team that genuinely backs each other's success.
