Cooks Confectionery is seeking a Production Floor Leader to join our growing team in Australia.
The role is full time, in office, with 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday on a rotating tri-weekly roster.
The position leads the production team, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality across daily targets.Successful candidates will have at least 1 year of leadership experience, robust communication skills, and the ability to mentor staff.
Forklift and First Aid certificates are optional advantages.
