About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will complete structural and non-structural repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work aligns with insurer requirements and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair requirements
Removing and refitting panels and components
Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality
Meeting efficiency and safety KPIs
Working collaboratively within a team environment
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Trade qualifications in Vehicle Body Repair
Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Panel Beater
Experience in an insurance repair environment (highly regarded)
You'll also be:
Reliable and consistent in your work
Committed to quality workmanship (no shortcuts)
Comfortable in a rapid-paced workshop
Motivated to grow your skills, including I-CAR® aligned training pathways
