The role focuses on empowering clients to manage diabetes through expert care, education and ongoing support within a multidisciplinary team.Experience with insulin pumps and CGM is essential, and you will contribute to expanding our insulin pump service across inpatient, outpatient and community settings while collaborating with endocrinology and allied health colleagues.
