Lake Imaging in Ballarat is seeking a friendly and skilled patient-facing receptionist to join our Booking Centre.
This permanent full time role handles inbound calls, bookings and pre-visit requirements in a busy radiology setting.You'll use your outstanding communication and computer skills to support patients, liaise with clinical and support staff, and ensure accurate fee quotes and appointment scheduling across sites.
RIS/PACS experience is highly regarded.
