Rental Safety Inspections is a growing Melbourne-based company specializing in residential rental compliance and safety inspections across Victoria.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated A-Grade Electrician to join our team, predominantly completing electrical safety checks under the Victorian Residential Tenancies Regulations, along with residential maintenance and repair work.

About the Role
Your day-to-day work will include:
Residential electrical safety inspections
Testing and reporting in accordance with AS/NZS
Minor and general electrical repairs
Fault finding and rectification works
Smoke alarm inspections and replacements
Working closely with property managers, landlords, and tenants
Managing your own schedule and jobs independently
Most of the work is inspection-based, with additional repair work completed throughout the day.
What We're Looking For
Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
Current driver's licence
Must be confident driving a manual vehicle
Robust fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service
Ability to work independently and stay organised
Residential maintenance experience highly regarded
