We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Officer or Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained commercial portfolio of approximately 100 properties, with the opportunity to grow the portfolio to around 120.
Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. In addition to your base salary, you'll earn
30% commission on all additional income generated
, including lease renewal fees and market rent negotiation fees.
About You
Previous experience in
commercial property management
as either a Commercial Property Manager or Commercial Property Officer.
Solid understanding of commercial lease administration and day-to-day portfolio management.
Experience liaising confidently with commercial landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive,



solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously.
Experience coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractor management.
Experience using commercial property management software will be highly regarded.
A team player who enjoys working in a cooperative and professional environment.
To Be Successful, You'll Have
Previous commercial property management experience (essential).
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
A professional, client-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.
