You will develop, deliver and evaluate care plans to meet each resident's needs, lead the clinical team, and supervise Personal Care Workers.
You will liaise with medical staff and families to advocate for resident quality of life in a holistic, person-centred approach.
We value adaptability, empathy and robust time management, with current AHPRA registration and experience in aged or community care.
