Food Truck Operations / Team Leader (Casual)

We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our food truck operations. This role is hands on and diverse, involving food preparations, setup and pack down (bump in and out), and assist in delivering outstanding customer service during event day operations.
About the Role:
Casual position – weekend and evening availability essential
Assist the owner with food service and production on event days
Deliver excellent customer service and help ensure smooth event operations
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Help with set-up, pack-down, and general team coordination
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality or food truck service preferred
MUST
have at a minimum MR licence
Positive communication and leadership skills




A valid Food Safety Certificate
Ability to work weekends and evenings. For the right person there is an opportunity to travel Australia with the team and deliver outstanding event activations.
