This role leads a 10-person finance team, overseeing financial reporting, fund accounting, FP&A;, forecasting and strategic planning, while partnering with investment teams on cash flow and portfolio performance.
The ideal candidate is CA/CPA-qualified with Big 4 or fund experience and a proven track record of scaling finance functions in a rapid-growth workplace.
