You will design scalable operational systems, secure venues and partners, and manage cross-functional collaboration to expand Queer Formals across Australia.
You'll engage with local communities, ensure safety and accessibility, and manage end-to-end event planning, execution, and post-event evaluation while championing the rights and voices of LGBTQIA+ young people.
