You will deliver bio-psycho-social assessments and evidence-based interventions for adults with complex mental health needs.
You will provide recovery-oriented care coordination and work with consumers, families and carers to support recovery and wellbeing within a team-oriented team.
The role emphasises trauma-informed, consumer-centered practice and qualified documentation.
