The Opportunity

You'll work in-office, side by side with one of our founders who leads our client accounts. You'll own the day-to-day execution that keeps campaigns performing. As you prove yourself, you'll take on more: creative strategy, Google Ads, CRM, landing pages, and stepping into account leadership.

If you're a gun at Meta Ads who wants to step into a senior role whilst being trained directly by the founders, this is the seat to do it in.

What You'll Do

- Build and optimise Meta Ads campaigns: own the day-to-day media buying, including builds, audiences, creative testing, and optimisation
- Live in the numbers: monitor performance daily, spot what's working, and act on it rapid
- Own the reporting: keep accounts and dashboards clean, accurate, and on time
- Creative strategy: help brief, traffic, and test scroll-stopping video ads, and start mastering what actually makes them convert
- Document as you go: turn what you learn into repeatable SOPs that help the whole team scale
- Grow into more: over time, step into creative strategy, cross-channel work, and account leadership

Who You Are

- 2+ years' experience in a marketing agency,



with hands-on Meta Ads managing real ad spend
- Genuinely strong at the craft. You know your way around Ads Manager and can build, test, and optimise without hand-holding
- You think commercially. You understand the unit economics that matter: CAC, LTV, and LTV:CAC
- Hungry to learn. You want to grow into creative strategy, Google Ads, CRM, and account leadership, not just stay in the weeds
- Organised and reliable. You own your work and don't drop balls
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster, and excited to build in an AI-first environment
- Based in Sydney and keen to learn in-office, in person, alongside an experienced team
