Each is inviting applications for a Part time Peer Support Worker / Group Facilitator (0.7FTE) based at Ipswich. The role supports the LEAP program, using lived experience to empower participants through group activities, planning, and ongoing engagement.

You will facilitate peer-led groups, collaborate with families and providers to develop IRPs, and respond to crises per policy. This role requires experience, strong communication, and a commitment to recovery-oriented practice.
