The Opportunity
Working directly with the founders, you will take ownership of Byron Jerky’s commercial strategy and national customer relationships while helping shape the future direction of the company. It is not simply about driving sales; it is about building partnerships, growing people, creating opportunity, and helping build a business that will stand the test of time.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- National relationships with Coles, Woolworths and major convenience retailers
- Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Annual range reviews
- Promotional planning and trade investment
- Current product launches
- Channel growth across Grocery, Convenience and Independent Retail
- Broker and distributor management
- Commercial planning and execution
You will also work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives that influence the future direction of the business.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven success managing Coles and/or Woolworths national accounts
- Experience leading Joint Business Planning and retailer range reviews
- A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands‑on approach
- Experience across convenience channels such as Ampol, 7‑Eleven or OTR highly regarded
