About the role Klaviyo is seeking a Product Expert to provide high-quality support to our growing APAC customer base.
You will act as a primary point of contact for users, helping them navigate our platform while utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and service quality.Key factsLocation: Sydney, AUEngagement: Hybrid, includes weekend shifts (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday)Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 AUD base payTravel: Up to 10% for onboarding, team meetings, or industry eventsWhat you'll doProvide technical and non-technical product support via email and live chat.Diagnose software issues and manage escalated customer complaints.Advise customers on e-commerce, marketing, and sales setup questions.Document troubleshooting steps and resolution processes.Integrate AI workflows into daily tasks to build smarter,



more effective systems.Maintain deep knowledge of the Klaviyo platform to assist users effectively.RequirementsFull authorization to work in Australia without restrictions.Bilingual proficiency in both English and Japanese.Ability to work weekend shifts.Experience with or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce.Familiarity with networking concepts, including DNS and IPs, as well as APIs.Experience with email marketing and e-commerce platforms.Demonstrated interest in experimenting with AI tools for work or personal projects.Skills & toolsTechnical: DNS, IPs, APIs, Networking, Web technologies.Software: Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, G-Suite.Domain: E-commerce, Email Marketing.AI: Responsible AI usage, workflow automation.Practical notesTotal compensation includes base salary, annual cash bonus, equity, and potential sign-on payments.
