Western Health is seeking an Allied Health Assistant Grade 2 to join the Rapid Allied Health (RAH) team at Home, delivering evidence-based, person-centred care to patients across home-based and community services.Under supervision, you will assist with therapy programs, support multidisciplinary teams, and help implement models of care that prevent hospital presentations and enable patients to remain at home.
The role also provides cross-service support across Western Health at Home.
