HSS Recruitment is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for an immediate start on a major tailings dam project in the Pilbara.

- Previous experience working on mining and/or tailings dam projects
- Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced mining environment
Mandatory Verification & Compliance
You must be able to verify your excavator operating experience by providing:
An official operating ticket OR at least two (2) of the following:
- Verification of Competency (VOC)
- Signed Statutory Declaration confirming machine competency
- Letter from a previous employer confirming operating experience
- USI or formal training transcript
Standard Health & Site Compliance
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) - Essential
- Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening, Musculoskeletal, Audiometry and Spirometry assessments
- Must be clean-shaven or willing to shave to successfully complete a mandatory mask fit test
