Type: Full time or part time Location: Penrith and surrounds Relocation: Available (interstate & international) About the Role As an OT at Connect2Care, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care.
This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.
Key responsibilities: Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults) Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes Provide AT assessments and recommendations Write clear, timely reports Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders Engage in regular supervision and career development Recent Graduate Program We make your transition to clinical practice seamless and supportive, with a 12-month program that includes:
