Hancock Iron Ore is seeking an organised HR Officer to join the site-based People and Culture team at the Roy Hill mine. You will provide day-to-day HR support, handle employee queries, maintain records, and assist with HR initiatives in a fast-paced mining setting.
Reporting to the Superintendent HR, you will coordinate employee communications, support lifecycle activities, and ensure accurate data across HR systems. This role offers a pathway to develop HR capability on site.
