We are working with a major Australian commercial law firm who is seeking a mid-level solicitor to join its growing team in Sydney.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on large and complex disputes.

The Role

You will work closely with a number of experienced partners and senior lawyers, assisting clients with complex commercial disputes, class actions, investigations and other significant litigation matters.

The team acts for a broad client base, including large corporates, financial institutions and government-related entities, providing strategic advice and representation across all stages of the dispute resolution process.

Your will include:

- Preparing court documents, briefs and legal correspondence
- Conducting legal research and developing case strategies
- Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
- Managing competing deadlines and contributing to successful matter outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- 2+ years' PAE in litigation and dispute resolution
- Solid technical and drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Sound commercial judgment and attention to detail.
