Reporting directly to the Group General Manager, you will own the venue's performance, guest experience and team leadership, from service standards to day-to-day operations.You will recruit and develop supervisors, manage labour and budgets, collaborate with kitchen and marketing, ensure RSA and licensing compliance, and drive revenue through events.
