We're now looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges and creating meaningful outcomes for customers.

Why this role? This is more than a traditional consulting role. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business goals, design practical solutions, and guide them through transformation initiatives that deliver real value. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle - from discovery and solution design through to implementation, adoption and optimisation.

What you'll be doing

- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate needs into scalable solutions
- Provide trusted advice on solution design, configuration, adoption and optimisation
- Lead and support project delivery activities across discovery, design, implementation and continuous improvement
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes through clear communication and expertise
- Deliver measurable business value while balancing customer outcomes and commercial success.





What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate

- A strong team player who is customer focused
- A can-do attitude with willingness to perform as part of a team and get things done
- Experience working in a professional services environment
- Broad and deep functional understanding and delivery experience across the Business Central product suite (including Core Finance, Inventory, Jobs / Projects, Warehousing / Distribution, Manufacturing and Reporting)
- Experience running solution design workshops and writing comprehensive Functional / Solution Design Documents
- Exceptional relationship management, presentation, and communication skills (email is excellent, but we prefer consultants that can directly engage customers to guide the decision-making process and keep projects moving along!)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicting priorities and managing to project driven milestones.
