About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across our portfolio of engineering software products. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role centred on running and improving our digital channels day to day.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team to turn transparent direction into high‑quality, market‑facing work across web, search, email, paid, and social. This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the product, shipping real work, and using data to make each campaign better than the last.

Key Responsibilities

Execute digital marketing activity across multiple B2B engineering and AI software products, including:

- Website and product page updates, publishing, and on‑page optimisation
- SEO, GEO and organic content support (keyword research, metadata, internal linking)
- Paid campaigns across search and social (setup, monitoring, optimisation)
- Email marketing and nurture sequences (build, test, send, report)
- Organic social media scheduling and community engagement
- Reporting on channel and campaign performance using analytics tools




- Help maintain consistent messaging and positioning across digital touchpoints
- Support the Marketing Manager in producing sales and customer‑facing materials
- Help improve self‑serve acquisition and onboarding experiences
- Work with analytics and product signals to inform iteration and improvement
- Share clear, structured feedback on what's working across channels and where adjustments are needed

About You

You're a good fit for this role if you:

- Have hands‑on experience running digital marketing channels in a B2B software or SaaS environment
- Are comfortable owning tasks end‑to‑end, from brief through to published output
- Understand that different products and customers require different marketing approaches
- Can work effectively with imperfect information and minimal process
- Are practical, organised, and focused on outcomes rather than activity

You enjoy working with clear direction, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, product, and sales, and seeing your work land in the market.

Bonus Points

- Experience with SEO and paid acquisition for sales‑assisted software products
- Experience with producing video content - YouTube, TikTok, other social platforms.
- Exposure to self‑serve SaaS marketing or onboarding flows
- Strong written communication and product storytelling skills
- Experience working in a small or scaling software company
