We are currently seeking skilled and motivated IT Field Engineers to support a variety of client environments in Gold Coast and surrounding locations. This is an excellent chance for professionals who enjoy flexible, hands-on work and have experience in End User Computing (EUC), Network Hardware installations, desktop rollouts, and IT support.

Skills & Experience

- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Ability to diagnose and resolve Networking issues
- Proven experience in network systems configuration, testing and installations.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven capability
- Knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
- Experience in MS Active directory & IP telephony would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and communicate directly with onsite client.

Responsibilities

- Provide IT support for PCs, mobiles, printers, AV devices and basic networks
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to end-user devices
- Installing and imaging PC devices in a Windows environment
- Provide 1st and 2nd level deskside support
- Provide hardware support in a data centre environment
- Liaise with remote support to resolve issues.

This role is ideal for freelancers, part-timers, or technicians looking to supplement their schedule. Shifts vary depending on bookings and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
