About the Role
As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in selecting the right used vehicle to suit their needs and budgetBuilding and maintaining solid customer relationshipsConducting vehicle demonstrations and test drivesFollowing up sales leads and enquiries promptlyAchieving individual and team sales targetsMaintaining a high standard of vehicle presentationAccurately completing sales documentation and administrative requirementsWorking collaboratively with finance, business managers and the wider dealership team
About You

A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceStrong communication and negotiation skillsA self-motivated and goal-oriented mindsetProfessional presentation and a positive attitudeExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work weekends as part of a rotating rosterA current and valid driver's licence
