Enterprise SaaS Platform Sydney CBD | Hybrid

Lead the delivery function of a growing enterprise SaaS business trusted by major insurers and enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand. This is a key leadership role inside a product‑led technology company entering its next stage of growth. The platform is mature, highly configurable, and already used in complex enterprise environments. The focus now is scaling delivery capability, strengthening operational maturity, and continuing to improve the customer experience as the business grows.

You'll lead a delivery organisation of roughly 60 people across delivery leadership, consulting, and implementation functions, working closely with founders and senior leadership to shape how delivery operates across the business long term.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead and develop a multi‑layer delivery organisation across enterprise platform implementations
- Improve delivery predictability, operational maturity, and customer outcomes
- Mentor and uplift delivery leadership across the business
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
- Work closely with founders and senior leadership on delivery strategy and organisational growth
- Drive accountability, commercial discipline, and scalable delivery practices
- Support pre‑sales, planning, forecasting, and strategic customer initiatives




- Continue evolving a delivery function built around a mature enterprise platform

What we’re looking for

- Experience leading delivery or skilled services functions within SaaS, enterprise software, or platform businesses
- Strong commercial understanding across forecasting, margin, delivery performance, and customer outcomes
- Experience leading leaders within growing delivery organisations
- Enterprise customer experience across complex implementations or platform environments
- Strong operational judgement and calm, pragmatic leadership
- Comfortable operating in growth environments with high ownership and visibility
- Strong stakeholder management across customers, executives, delivery teams, and technical functions
