The Star Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead and support our on‑shift team across venues including Signature and Casual Dining, resort bars, casino bars and private gaming rooms.
You will mentor staff, oversee service flow, maintain high standards of guest service and hygiene, manage cash handling and help achieve financial and operational targets while maintaining transparent shift communications.
