- Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
- Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
- Support protected mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions.
