The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Community Health Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across Access Health services, the Health Van and the St Kilda 24/7 Needle & Syringe Program. You will perform intake, assessments, and collaborate with co-located clinicians to provide integrated, person-centred care onsite in St Kilda, VIC.

Reporting to the Harm Reduction Program Manager, this permanent full time (part‑time negotiable) role requires a tertiary RN qualification,
