Workskil Australia is seeking a Youth Job Coach in Bunbury to provide intensive person-centred case management and mentorship to about 65 participants aged 15-24. The role includes direct employer marketing, one-on-one support and group job search sessions to promote sustainable employment or re-entry to education.
You will conduct detailed assessments, set goals, address non-vocational issues, help develop vocational skills, refer to services and support participants through post-placement.
