Ballina Shire Council is seeking a safety‑conscious, highly experienced treatment plant operator to join the Water and Wastewater team. This senior role reports to the Supervisor and drives protected, reliable operation of water and wastewater facilities while mentoring staff and trainees.
The role requires a Certificate III in Water Industry Treatment or equivalent, extensive knowledge of water/wastewater operations, and proven supervision/communication skills.
