Head of Campus at Duncraig (PK – Y12)

Lead a pioneering PK–12 campus in Duncraig, reporting directly to the Principal, and be a key contributor to whole‑school strategy.

About the Role

Lead people, culture, and operations of a PK–12 campus, influencing student outcomes, staff development, wellbeing initiatives, and family experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the delivery of the school’s strategic plan at the campus level, with a focus on innovation, excellence, and future‑ready learning.
- Provide inspirational leadership that nurtures high performance, collegiality, and professional growth.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the campus, ensuring a seamless, positive, and enriching student learning environment.
- Build strong partnerships with staff, students, and families to foster a warm, connected, values‑driven community.
- Work closely with Senior Managers across the school to ensure collaborative, whole‑school alignment and operational efficiency.
- Lead with a balance of vision, empathy, resilience, and strong organisational capability.

Qualifications & Compliance

- Relevant teaching qualifications and current TRBWA registration.
- Compliance with Working with Children legislation.

- Extensive teaching experience and strong understanding of curriculum, pedagogy and student learning needs.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and AITSL standards.
- Ability to build a professional learning community focused on continuous improvement.

- Proven leadership experience in managing teams, developing staff and leading improvement.
- Ability to coach, mentor and support staff wellbeing and professional growth.
- Capacity to lead innovation and change aligned with strategic priorities.

- Ability to develop strong relationships with students and support holistic wellbeing.
- Experience managing sensitive or complex matters involving students or families.
- Strong capacity to engage with parents, families and the broader community.
