Known for delivering premium finishes across Aged Care, Health and Government (GC21) projects, they occupy a highly competitive niche in the $500k to $40M space.

The Role

As a driven Project Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director, taking ownership of Tier 1, 2 or 3 commercial projects up to $20M. You will lead a high‑performing onsite team, including Site Managers, savvy Contract Administrators, and direct labor.

Key Responsibilities

- End‑to‑End Delivery: Manage projects from $400k to $20M, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and to an award‑winning standard.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, government authorities, and blue‑chip clients.
- Project Governance: Oversee site setup, budget monitoring, reporting, and final handover.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to onsite regulations and safety standards.

Project Portfolio

- Government & Infrastructure: Schools, TAFEs, Police, and Fire Stations (GC21).
- Hospitality & Leisure: RSLs, bars, clubs, and pubs.
- Complex Refurbishments:



Heavy refurbs in live environments and extensions into adjoining tenancies.
- Current Builds: From cold‑shell fit‑outs to standalone commercial constructions.

You are a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in the fast‑paced world of commercial fit‑outs and refurbishments. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven Experience: A track record of managing Head Contractor commercial projects within Australia.
- Adaptability: The ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks in a live, high‑pressure environment.
- Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with subcontractors and sophisticated clients alike.
- Technical Literacy: Strong planning, organisational, and budget‑reporting skills.
