The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join the Toxic Torts team in our Brisbane office, supporting Mark Victorson. As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries
- Opening and closing files
- Preparing legal documents
- Diary management
- Dictaphone typing
- Billing
- Mail merging documents and formatting
- File management
- Data entry
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation practice. You will have excellent communication and diary management skills,
with a client service focus, the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have positive attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines. The core office hours are.
