Remuneration & Benefits Specialist

IMDEX is seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to support a future-focused, equitable, and high-performing workplace. This role can be full-time or part-time over 4 days a week.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives on analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll support and lead the design of remuneration and benefits programs that enhance employee experience, drive performance, and align with IMDEX’s global growth strategy.

Responsibilities

- Delivering the annual remuneration cycle, including market analysis, financial modelling, and executive calibration
- Leading or supporting the design of reward programs that reflect IMDEX’s values and performance culture
- Conducting job evaluations and benchmarking to ensure fair, transparent, and competitive pay practices
- Partnering with leaders across HR, Finance, and the Executive team to embed reward strategies into business planning
- Providing insights and reporting that drive engagement, governance, and strategic workforce decisions
- Coaching managers and educating teams on reward principles, employment regulations, and incentive frameworks
- Collaborating with external providers on equity plans, market data, and incentive administration

This role suits someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. While you’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, day-to-day responsibilities span hands-on administrative tasks to managing complex equity processes. You’ll thrive in an environment where ownership is key and accountability drives impact. To succeed, you’ll bring the following experience and capabilities:

- Degree in Human Resources,



Commerce, Business, or Organisational Psychology
- 5+ years’ experience in remuneration, reward, or benefits, ideally in an ASX-listed or multinational organisation
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience managing employee share plans and incentive programs
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- A team-oriented mindset and confidence working across diverse teams and senior stakeholders
