Ampersand have partnered with a leading global law firm to appoint a Bids & Tenders Advisor within their high-performing Business Development & Marketing team.

You’ll take ownership of complex, multi-practice proposals and capability statements, while helping to shape the future of the function through the implementation of innovative, AI-driven bidding software. The firm has a well-organised and efficient back end, meaning you’ll spend more time doing great work and less time chasing stakeholders.

The role:

- Lead end-to-end proposal management, from scoping and strategy to final submission.
- Partner with BD Managers to develop win strategies and compelling value propositions.
- Craft high-quality, persuasive content leveraging advanced proposal technology.
- Manage timelines, facilitate meetings, and coordinate key stakeholders.
- Maintain and refine content libraries, credential tools, and reporting systems.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the proposal function and process.

About you:





- 3+ years’ experience in tenders, proposals, or business development within professional services – ideally law.
- Excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, creative, and collaborative. You’ll bring ideas, energy, and initiative.
