About the Role:

As a Delivery Lead Consultant at V2, you will play a critical role in our mission to unlock transformative value through experience-led and data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and V2 strategic goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle




- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and team engagement
- Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and delivery excellence
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven experience in project management or consultancy within the Information Technology or digital services industry
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile project teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Technical expertise in software development processes and digital solutions delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to changing priorities
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
