Responsibilities
- Create a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore.
- Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care with a focus on school readiness.
- Design and implement engaging programs and facilitate meaningful, thought-provoking conversations.
- Foster a love of learning and lay a foundation for future success.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Full Australian working rights
- A professional, polished presence and warm approach
- Strong communication with families and the local community
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
- Available to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
- Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
