Bendigo Health’s Echuca Older Persons Community Mental Health Team is seeking a Lead Clinician – Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to deliver recovery-focused care to people aged 65+ in a multidisciplinary setting.
You will provide comprehensive assessments, care coordination, therapeutic interventions and recovery planning across community settings, including patients’ homes, hospital and residential aged care, working closely with families and community services.
