Feros Care is seeking a seasoned Workplace Relations Manager to lead Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Safety across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders and the HRBP team to shape workplace relations strategy, strengthen safety culture and build capability.

You will provide expert advice on complex IR/ER/WHS matters, drive change, and lead enterprise bargaining while managing external stakeholder relationships. Emphasis on practical, people-centred solutions.
