About the role...
Joining Norths Pantry means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Alcott, The Greens North Sydney, The Verandah, Seagulls at Tweed Heads, Norths Fitness and Revolution Fitness.
Your Key Priorities will be to:
- Supervise a team of F&B; Attendants across the Food Pass, Cafe, Bistro Host, Bar and Floor Attendants
- Be proficient in the above skillsets and hold a current RSA & RCG qualification
- Work with Duty Managers to ensure smooth operation of the floor
- Monitor service pace & ticket times
- Conduct staff pre-shift briefings
- Monitor grooming, punctuality & professionalism
- Monitor food and beverage presentation before service
- Coordinate sections of the floor for optimum service delivery
- Handle peak periods & staffing adjustments
- Liaise with and resolve customer complaints
- Build atmosphere & floor presence
- Support staff in upselling, member engagement and overall tasks as required
- Ensure correct opening & closing procedures
- Assist with onboarding & training
- Ensure WHS Standards & Compliance & Safety procedures are met
The Candidate:
- Highly organised with solid communication and personal skills
- Experience in working under pressure in a fast environment
- Current RSA and RCG certifications
- Flexibility and available to work a 7 day, rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
