Customer Care Coordinator

Sydney CBD location
$36 per hour + super
3 to 4 month temporary role (potential to extend)
Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift between 8am to 5pm with hybrid working (after training)

We’re partnering with a respected NFP organisation in the mental health sector, committed to providing vital services and support to individuals and communities across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone with robust communication skills and a passion for helping others. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing compassionate and professional service while ensuring processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for clients across phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage client intake, triage, and appointment bookings (face to face, virtual, and telephone).
- Respond promptly and empathetically to enquiries, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Accurately update client records in the CRM system and complete follow-up tasks.




- Assist with complaint handling and service recovery where needed.
- Support general administration and reporting requirements.

About You

- 2–5 years’ experience in customer service in within health, wellbeing, or community services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Comfortable using CRMs, booking systems, and MS Teams/Zoom.
- Empathetic, resilient, and professional when supporting clients, including those in distress.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
